Return and Refund Policy (includes Cancellation terms)

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Check It Out Shop.

1. Return Window — Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Items — The following cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty: custom/personalized orders, perishable goods, and digital goods.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items — If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
4. Refund Processing — Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
5. How to Return — Email info@check-it-out-shop.online with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.
   
   

Cancellation Policy

1. Before Shipping — Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before they have been shipped or processed. Email Service@check-it-out-store.online with your order number to request a cancellation.
2. After Shipping — Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and falls under the Refund Policy above.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders — Custom/personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Perishable goods and digital goods cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
4. Response Time — We aim to confirm cancellation requests within 1–2 business days.
